Arculus by CompoSecure at Pay360: Showcasing Premium Multifunction Metal Payment Cards
27th Mar 2026
We were so excited to be back at Pay360 in London last week. This is one of the payment industry’s most influential events, bringing together leaders, innovators, and decisionmakers from across the payments and fintech ecosystem. With a dedicated booth and a strong team presence throughout the event, Pay360 provided an exceptional opportunity to connect with industry peers and demo our solutions. We were able to show how CompoSecure is helping shape the future of payments through our premium metal cards and Arculus’ secure digital authentication and cold storage technology.

Connecting with the Industry
Throughout the event, our team engaged in meaningful conversations with attendees from across financial services, payments, and technology. The event offered a valuable forum to network with existing partners, meet new industry contacts, and discuss the evolving challenges facing financial institutions today - particularly around security, fraud, and its impact on customer experience.
At our booth, attendees had the opportunity to see our innovative solutions in action. Our demos sparked insightful discussions around how modern authentication can be both highly secure and seamless for users, without introducing unnecessary friction into the customer experience. The strong interest and engagement reinforced a shared industry understanding: security and usability are no longer tradeoffs; they must work together.
Thought Leadership on the Resilience Stage
A key highlight of Pay360 was the presentation on the Resilience Stage, where our Chief Product and Innovation Officer, Dr. Adam Lowe, delivered a compelling session: Authentication Without Compromise: Growing Revenue and Stopping Fraud with Passkeys
Dr. Lowe’s talk explored how authentication friction doesn’t just frustrate users, it actively undermines business performance and impacts the bottom line.
The session highlighted how passkeys are rapidly gaining traction, with major technology leaders such as Apple, Google, and Microsoft championing their adoption. This growing industry support signals a broader shift toward a passwordless future, one where security is strengthened while the user experience is enhanced.
Dr. Lowe walked through how passkeys work and why they represent a more secure alternative to traditional authentication methods. By removing shared secrets like passwords and reducing reliance on vulnerable OTP flows, passkeys help minimize common attack vectors while streamlining the login experience.
Crucially, the session also focused on how financial institutions can implement passkeys in a way that delivers real business impact. Rather than adding friction, passkeys offer a path to:
- Reduce fraud and account takeover risk
- Improve login success rates and reduce cart abandonment
- Strengthen customer trust and build long‑term loyalty
- Support revenue growth through smoother digital experiences
The message was clear: stronger security does not have to come at the expense of usability. With the right approach, financial institutions can protect customers, safeguard revenue, and deliver experiences that meet modern expectations.
Looking Ahead
Our presence at Pay360 London underscored our commitment to supporting the financial services industry as it navigates an increasingly complex landscape. From indepth conversations at our booth to thoughtprovoking dialogue on stage, the event reinforced the importance of collaboration, innovation, and forwardthinking payment and security strategies.
